The service

AgeCalc provides a free calculator that computes age from two dates entirely within your own web browser. No dates are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Accuracy and official decisions

• The calculator performs calendar-accurate arithmetic, including leap years, and follows the common convention that a February 29 birthday is observed on March 1 in non-leap years.
• Results are a convenience for general information. Legal age thresholds can depend on jurisdiction-specific rules (for example, whether a leap-day birthday is observed on February 28 or March 1). For binding decisions — enrolment, licensing, benefits — confirm the result with the relevant authority.
• Garbage in, garbage out: results are only as correct as the dates entered.
